Home Sweet Home offers a personalized approach to placing the right nanny with your family. We begin the process by talking with and ideally meeting with your family to determine your specific needs and expectations as well as understand the environment in which your nanny will be working. We then tap into our extensive network of local professional nannies to determine potential matches. You will be sent profiles and information on a select few candidates for your review. From this group of finalists a decision is made to then bring a nanny into your home for a trial period. This trial period is a time to determine if the match is, indeed, a perfect fit for both your family and the nanny.
What sets Home Sweet Home apart from other agencies is that a fee is not collected until a successful placement has been achieved. We want to make sure your family is completely happy and comfortable with your nanny. We don’t want to simply send a nanny to your family; but rather, we want to facilitate a successful partnership to fit your family’s unique needs.
Home Sweet Home only works with experienced and professional nannies who have been verified by TrustLine and have submitted to a background check.
There is no processing fee. We only collect a one-time placement fee once a successful placement has been arranged. We place both live-in and live-out nannies as well as house managers and house keepers.
